This required a comprehensive strategy to address key areas such as culinary education & talent empowerment, culinary tourism promotion, and sector sustainability & local sourcing initiatives.

We approached the challenge holistically, conducting a thorough analysis of the culinary landscape to identify gaps and opportunities.

Our focus areas included evaluating culinary education and talent development programs, assessing culinary tourism and destination marketing efforts, and identifying areas for improvement to improve sector sustainability and support local sourcing.

The implementation of our strategic recommendations led to enhanced sector governance, ensuring effective oversight on the sector’s performance metrics, including culinary tourism inflow, FDI, and economic contribution.

Additionally, the city’s positioning as a culinary destination was strengthened, attracting a growing number of tourists seeking unique culinary experiences. This, in turn, resulted in an increase in the culinary sector’s economic contribution, driving economic growth and prosperity.
