We were assigned to develop and implement a comprehensive big data platform strategy for a major law enforcement agency in the region. This involved defining specific big data and AI use cases tailored to the agency’s needs, as well as identifying the technological and business capabilities required to enable swift crime detection and incident response.

Additionally, the task included establishing and operating a Program Management Office to ensure the seamless implementation of strategic capabilities and use cases.

Our approach involved a deep examination of the law enforcement agency’s big data and artificial intelligence capabilities, focusing on enhancing crime detection and incident response.

We commenced by defining a comprehensive set of big data and AI use cases tailored to the agency’s specific requirements, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. Concurrently, we assessed the technological and business capabilities necessary to support these use cases, identifying gaps and formulating strategies to address them effectively.

In parallel, we established and operationalized a portfolio nanagement office, implementing governance structures, workflows, and templates to facilitate the seamless implementation of strategic capabilities and use cases.
