To address these challenges and achieve its ambitious vision, our client requires next-generation AI enabled solutions to unlock the city’s full potential and create a more efficient, secure, and livable environment for residents and visitors.

Our multi-pronged approach empowered the city with smarter thinking and infrastructure.
First, a deep dive into the city integrated operations center (IOC) assessed functionalities, technology, and governance. This roadmap ensured the IOC could handle future growth and demand.

Beyond technology, we collaborated with city leadership to identify areas where technology could have the biggest impact. We promoted wider adoption of existing solutions and implemented priority use cases within the IOC, empowering the city to address its pressing challenges. A robust governance structure, defined with city leadership, ensured long-term success.

As a result of our work and through a POC conducted to manage two events using the IOC platform, the city experienced a transformative impact. Traffic congestion significantly decreased by 36%, leading to improved commute times and productivity. Emergency response times achieved a remarkable feat, reaching under 5 minutes, significantly enhancing public safety and security. Furthermore, event visitor satisfaction soared to an impressive 97.8%, mirroring the success of a streamlined program. This successful POC positioned the city for a full-scale implementation, paving the way for a more efficient, secure, and sustainable future.
